  • Apart from this, the warranty can be used for issues other than user error, such as the malfunction of the clock mechanism, the watch stopping or lagging behind, the hour and minute hands coming out of their slots.

Returns are completely free. You can return unused, unlabeled, undamaged and fully accessorized products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exceptions:
