Legal UK Return Policy
You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 30 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 30 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 30 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.

Returns are completely free.
Within 30 days from the delivery date, you must request a return to be eligible for a refund. You have another 30 days to return the products. Products that have not been used, their labels have not been removed, their resaleability is intact, and their accessories are complete can be returned. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with payment.
Once we receive your item(s), your refund will be processed within 5 - 7 business days, to the original payment method used when placing the order. Please also note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded together with your purchase order. Refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will notify you of the status of your refund after the returned items have been inspected by our Quality Control department.
Vitruta reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

Exceptions:
Returns are not possible for books and sub-products in the underwear category. In the swimwear category, returns cannot be made for products whose hygiene stickers have been removed or damaged.
